The estimated cost from the engineer is $138,000 The County of Kenosha Wisconsin (County), through its Purchasing Division (Purchasing), requests bids to establish a contract to replace the Admin Parking Lot at the Kenosha County Detention Center, 4777 88th Avenue, Kenosha, WI 53144. The proposed project improvements include the rehabilitation of the 33,000 square foot administrative parking lot located northwest of the Kenosha County Detention Center building. The scope of work includes milling and overlaying the existing asphalt pavement (4-inch depth), sidewalk/curb ramp ADA replacement with pedestrian curb, new curb & gutter at curb ramp locations, 8 feet of storm sewer pipe replacement, and painted pavement marking lines and symbols.
