Monotube poles, signal mast arms, luminaire arms, and accessories are an integral part of the WisDOT traffic signal intersection above ground structure installation components. The Department of Transportation (WisDOT or DOT), through their Purchasing Unit (Purchasing), intends to use the results of this procurement to provide the following: monotube poles, monotube signal mast arms, luminaire arms, and all associated mounting components or parts, to establish a contract from the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder. This contract would include all items related to a monotube signal pole, signal pole mast arms, luminaire arm, pole base anchor rods, in addition to all components associated with the mounting of the pole assembly. Two Rounds of Questions Round 1 Questions Due: October 22, 2024, by 2:00 PM CT Round 2 Questions Due: November 12, 2024, by 2:00 PM CT For further information regarding this RFB, contact: Leann McGowan at Leann.McGowan@dot.wi.gov The initial term of this contract shall be for a two-year period, beginning on January 2, 2025, with three (3) one-year renewal options by mutual consent. Any extension beyond the renewal options must be authorized by mutual agreement of the Contractor The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
