Description

Demolition, remodeling and renovation of an educational facility in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.

In general, the work consists of: modernization of one hydraulic elevator in Molinaro Hall and two traction elevators in Wyllie Hall. The work includes upgrades to HVAC and electrical systems serving the elevators and installation of exterior doors in the rooftop equipment room exterior walls to facilitate equipment removal and installation. The Molinaro Hall elevator is the priority and the current plan is to complete that elevator between 5/19/25 and 8/26/25. The Wyllie Hall elevators will then be completed the following summer between 5/18/26 and 8/25/26. If all of the elevators can be installed in one summer they can be done in one summer but it must be completed by 8/26/25.
