Summary of Work - The replacement of 60 foot mast arm, foundation, and signage for the aforementioned intersection. Installation of materials and structures shall be governed by the Signal Permit, Publication 408 (Current Change), Publication 72M (Current Change), and Publication 148 "Traffic Standards - Signals". All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one-hundred percent (100%) of the bid price. The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
