The Bidder shall agree to fully complete the contract within ( 120 ) consecutive calendar days, Liquidated Damages: the Bidder Shall Agree to Pay as Liquidated Damages the Amount of ( Five Hundred ) Dollars ($ 500.00 ) for Each Consecutive Calendar Day for Which the Work is Not Complete, Beginning With the First Day Beyond the Contract Completion Date Stated on the "notice to Proceed" or as Amended by Change Order. The Owner shall have the right to reject any or all bids and in particular to reject a bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bid Documents or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
