Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project for the replacement of the old directional furnaces in Buiding 6 with a new natural gas fired air rotational, state of the art, energy efficient units and incidental related work. The magnitude of construction is between $750,000.00 and $1,000,000.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Question Deadline 09/11/2024 RFIs must be submitted in writing to Maurice Muse at maurice.n.muse.civ@us.navy.mil and Tom Andrejev at artiom.andrejev.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 7 calendar days after the site visit. Responses for RFIs submitted after the cut-off are not guaranteed, however every effort will be made to respond to those RFIs. Do not submit the same inquiry more than once.
