Remodeling and renovation of a military facility in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a military facility.
This is a Design-Bid-Build (DBB) construction project to complete interior renovation of the B409 Command Suite including, but not limited to, new corridor along eastern exterior wall, all new finishes (i.e. acoustical ceiling tile and grid, carpeting, painting), new LED lighting fixtures in entirety, all partition walls and doors to be STC-45, new kitchenette, associated HVAAC and electrical as required, and incidental related work.Building of NSA Mechanicsburg and incidental related work. RFIs must be submitted in writing to Maurice Muse at maurice.n.muse.civ@us.navy.mil and Victor Vetterlein at victor.w.vetterlein.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 7 calendar days after the site visit. The magnitude of construction is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
