This is a Design-Build (DB) project to construct a fully enclosed loading dock and ramp addition onto the NE side of B205 and the NW side of bldg 206. These additions will provide cover for the unloading/loading work and provide a safe working area for staff and vendors. The truck access to the dock will be at the unused buffer zone on F-street, leaving the majority of the existing sidewalk intact. The work includes construction of a fully enclosed loading dock addition onto the northwest corner of B206 and incidental related work. The unloading/loading zone for the truck will be entirely off the traffic lanes of F Street. To comply with Low Impact Development (LID) requirements triggered by an increased amount of paved surface, a grassed bioretention area BMP will be constructed at each bldg with an overdrain to the storm sewer system..
