The City of Corinth reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive defects in proposals. No officer or employee of the City of Corinth shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in this or any contract with the City of Corinth. The Consultant shall meet with City Staff, including the City Manager and Director of Planning and Development, to review the current conditions, concepts, and overall vision that has been established for the downtown area. It is intended that the Consultant will have a basic understanding of the following after meeting with Staff to inform the brand development: i. Envision Corinth: 2040 Comprehensive Plan ii. Developments (underway, planned, and proposed) in the subject area. iii. Images, concepts, and values for the downtown area that have been presented to the City's elected and appointed officials.
