Site work for a mixed-use development in Corinth, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
The Contractor shall provide all labor, rigging, equipment, and materials to perform the demolition work and installation of new landscaping. All the above shall be made ready for use in accordance with and in compliance with the Contract documents, scope of work and landscaping plans.
