Bidders are invited to submit proposals for: Material Testing & Quality Assurance for SAC JOB ID 30620 Taxiway G & Bridge Bidders are invited to submit proposals for this work on the proposal forms provided. Other proposal forms will not be accepted No Bid Bond will be required. The Savannah Airport Commission, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that, in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises will be afforded equal opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award. The Contractor agrees to ensure that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises as defined in 49 CFR Part 26 have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of this contract. The Owner proposes to award the Contract to the lowest qualified Bidder, submitting a reasonable bid. C. The Mayor and Aldermen of the City of Savannah and the Savannah Airport Commission reserve the right to waive any informalities, irregularities, or technicalities in or reject any and all bids and/or to award or refrain from awarding the Contract for the Work.
