Reference Number 0000283547 The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision, and equipment necessary for general construction, as follows: 1. New ammunition workshop 2. Work on water supply line 3. Construction of a telecommunications duct bank 4. Exterior improvements, including berms, asphalt paving, fences, etc. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 700 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 60 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. Work related to the project and executed at the same time as the assignments included in this contract, but wich are explicitly from it: .1 Instructions regarding telecommunications work executed by third parties. .1 The Contractor is required to coordinate his work with assignments carried out by third parties. For exemple, the Contractor must: .1 Ensure telecommunications work has taken place by Shared Services Canada. .2 Avoid closing and finishing the walls, divisions and ceilings before third parties telecommunications work has taken place. .3 Close and finish the walls, divisions and ceilings only when that work is completed and after obtaining a written authorization issued by the DCC Representative. .2 The telecommunications work carried out by third parties will take place when the completion of the work is approximately 95% complete, in order to allow the building to be connected to CFB Valcartier's existing networks. Work within the scope of the project and performed during the course of the work covered by this contract, but which is expressly excluded: .1 Supply, installation and connection of switches. This work will be carried out by Shared Services Canada (SSC). .1 Telecommunication work will be performed by SSC when the Contractor's work is approximately 95% complete. Contractor shall not close acoustic tile ceilings until SSC work is completed. Contractor will install ceiling tiles upon completion of SSC work. .2 Supply and installation of non-integrated furniture. This work will be performed by CORCAN Canada. .1 Installation of non-integrated furniture will be performed by CORCAN Canada when Contractor's work is approximately 95% complete.
