Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Andalusia, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Offers shall be on a stipulated sum basis for the following Bid Package: Bid Package 01 - Sitework & Utilities (Septic is under this package) Bid Package 02 - Asphalt Bid Package 03 - Concrete Bid Package 04 - Masonry Bid Package 05 - Metal Building Systems & Misc. Metals Bid Package 06 - General Trades Bid Package 07 - Aluminum Framed Storefronts & Windows Bid Package 08 - Gypsum Board, Ceilings, & Painting Bid Package 09 - Fire Suppression Bid Package 10 - Plumbing Bid Package 11 - HVAC Bid Package 12 - Electrical Bid Security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid must accompany bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works. Bidders must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Opportunity Laws. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularity in the bids and in the bidding and to enter into such contracts as shall be deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
