PS&E services may include, but not limited to, professional engineering such as civil, structural, electrical, hydraulic, traffic, geotechnical, and utilities, for the design and preparation of construction plans, specifications, and estimate for pavement design, roadway layout, construction details, water pollution control, grading, drainage, utilities, construction area signs, stage construction, traffic handling, pavement delineation, roadway signage, landscape and irrigation, structures, and electrical.
