Renovation of a military facility in Laughlin AFB, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility.

The work covered by this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all layout, survey, labor, supervision, quality control, materials, equipment, machines, tools, appliances, services, supplies, and incidentals, and performing all operations in connection with the enclosure of the Ambulance Bay at Building 383, Laughlin AFB, Texas. The project shall be completed in accordance with the plans, specifications and applicable Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) guidelines. The total period of performance is projected to be 75 calendar days, divided into two Notices to Proceed (NTP). The acquisition will be a total small business set aside. The NAICS code for the acquisition is 236220 and the applicable small business standard size is $45M. Any interested party may download a copy of the solicitation form this website. Copies of the solicitation are not available for mailing. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award. Registration may be accomplished at the website, https://www.sam.gov. An organized site visit has been scheduled for Thursday, 12 September 2024 at 02:00PM CST. Participants will meet at- Laughlin AFB Visitor Center (VCC)SS 317 North, Laughlin AFB, TX 78840. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION The disclosure of magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
