Central Office Liaison - Catherine Davis, P.E. District 2 Project Manager - Nick Hall Central Office Liaison - Libbie Lowe User Division - Planning Approximate Fee - $500,000 Scoping Study (Lump Sum) 1-80305 - $250,000 2-11 - $250,000 Project Funding - National Highway Performance Program (Federal Funds) Project Length - Approximately 90 miles DBE Goal The Consultant team shall include a DBE Participation Plan with their Response to Announcement to help the Department meet the 11.95% DBE goal established by FHWA First Selection Meeting: October 7, 2024 Final Selection: October 23, 2024 Scoping Conference: October 30, 2024 Consultant Fee Proposal: November 8, 2024 Contract Negotiations: November 20, 2024 Notice to Proceed: December 11, 2024 The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
