The Work is located in multiple locations around McCracken County, KY. The Work consists of the procurement and installation of all materials and equipment for the installation of approximately 13,000 linear feet of 6"-21" cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) sewer lining, along with CIPP service connections, sewer connection replacements, and service reinstatements, together with all related work as specified and shown on the Drawings. Bi date notes: Bids will be received for a SINGLE prime Contract. Bids shall be on a UNIT PRICE BASIS as indicated on the Bid Form. The Contract Times for the Work are set forth in the Agreement. Potential contractors must purchase plans and be on the plan holders list at Lynn Imaging for the ability to Bid the project. Bids submitted by Bidders not on the list of Bidding Documents (Plan) Holders with Lynn Imaging will not be opened. Bid security and proof of qualifications to perform the Work shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Paducah-McCracken Joint Sewer Agency reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject any and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of ninety (90) days after the closing time scheduled for the receipt of bids. This project is being funded in part by the Kentucky Cleaner Water Program. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 Public Law 88-352, 42 U.S.C. 2000d-1 et seq., and the Department's implementing regulations, 31 CFR part 22.
