Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Crossville, Tennessee. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; and 2,025-square-foot theater / auditorium.
1. Remove all seats from the theater area - store in temperature-controlled unit (you must provide) 2. Prepare theater for paint 3. Build scaffolding, then break down and remove from site 4. Replace the missing ceiling tiles (approximately 10) 5. Paint ceiling with two coats of a dry fall paint - Matte Black 6. Paint walls - Three coats of paint - Color TBD 8. Clean entire theater floor and reinstall all theater seats This project must be completed between January 13 and February 7, 2025. If including the flooring, the entire project must be completed by February 28, 2025. The City of Crossville recommends bidders come by and assess the building prior to submitting bid. Palace Theatre is located at 72 S. Main Street. Call/Email Malena Fisher to schedule inspection. Please enter unit prices, extensions, and amount for items listed herein specified. Be sure the specifications are followed. If you are unable to supply any of the items, please quote on the nearest substitute either on this form, or attach a letter containing such description and it will be considered as part of your quotation. Prices quoted must include all delivery charges to points of delivery indicated hereon. We reserve the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
