Reference Number 0000362634 Joint District No. 28J of the Counties of Adams and Arapahoe (Aurora Public Schools) is pre-qualifying Modular Classroom Manufacturers for 2024 upcoming projects. See attached Notice for further details. Upcoming projects may include, but are not limited to: New Modular Buildings and Mobile Move (relocation of existing modulars) Projects o 10-classroom modulars o 8-classroom modulars o 6-classroom modulars o 4-classroom modulars o 2-classroom modulars Miscellaneous Capital and Repair Projects Related to the 2024 Capital Mill Levy Miscellaneous small modular classroom renovation/remodel projects A selection committee will review the submittals and select firms to be included in the pre-qualified Manufacturer list. A limited number of highly qualified applicants will be selected. This pre-qualification should not be misconstrued as a formal bid of any kind. Manufacturers selected via this pre-qualification are not guaranteed to interview for/bid on a single project but are on a pre-qualified list to be selected to interview for/bid on projects on an as-needed basis. There is absolutely no commitment to any Manufacturer to interview for/bid on a project or enter into a formal contract once on the pre-qualified Manufacturer list.
