Reference Number 0000362630 Joint District No. 28J of the Counties of Adams and Arapahoe (Aurora Public Schools) is pre-qualifying General Contractors for 2024 upcoming projects. See attached Notice for further details. Upcoming projects, anticipated to be hard bid unless noted otherwise, may include but are not limited to: Projects related to the 2024 Bond: o New P8 School (CMGC) o Aurora Central High School CTE Renovation and Waste Line Replacement o Boston Elementary School Classroom Addition o Dalton Elementary School HVAC & Mechanical Repairs and Building Renewal o District Wide Security Vestibules o ESC1 HVAC Retrofit o Rangeview High School Renovation and Renewal Sixth Avenue Elementary School Repurpose Renovation New Modular Buildings and Mobile Move Projects Miscellaneous Capital and Repair Projects Related to the 2024 Capital Mill Levy Miscellaneous small renovation/remodel projects (Valued at $2M or less) A selection committee will review the submittals and select firms to be included in the pre-qualified Contractor list. A limited number of highly qualified applicants will be selected. This pre-qualification should not be misconstrued as a formal bid of any kind. Contractors selected via this pre-qualification are not guaranteed to interview for/bid on a single project but are on a pre-qualified list to be selected to interview for/bid on projects on an as-needed basis. There is absolutely no commitment to any Contractor to interview for/bid on a project or enter into a formal contract once on the pre-qualified Contractor list.
