Wheeling St. Aurora CO 80045, First Floor Lobby / Emergency Operations Center Estimated Construction Cost: $305,500.00 The University of Colorado at Anschutz is upgrading their Emergency Operation Center (EOC) to improve communication within the EOC as well as to field resources. The EOC Training Room will receive a complete Audiovisual refresh and corresponding electrical improvements to meet the new requirements. The upgrade will feature a 3X3 video wall flanked by two large displays. The main wall will display one or more images while the side displays will expand the viewing area and serve as docks for selected content. A second location will feature an interactive display for collaboration and planning. A tabletop interactive display will enable control and content selection, interactive annotation and transmission of select content to the field. Primary content sources will be delivered from several computer stations, cable TV tuners and a wireless presentation device. The interactive display will allow breakout functionality to work independently with small groups or as part of the entire room Audiovisual system. Full room videoconferencing will be supported by two cameras, handheld and lavalier microphones and a ceiling array microphone. Ceiling speakers will provide uniform sound throughout the space.
