Brooklyn St. Tree Planting FY24 CBs 5&16. Start Date 6/9/2025 End Date 6/8/2027 The bidder must, within the last three (3) consecutive years prior to the bid opening, have recently completed as a prime contractor at least one (1) project of similar size, scope and complexity for a NYC agency, public authority, or jurisdiction with similar regulatory requirements. If required by Schedule A, the successful bidder shall, prior to or at the time of execution of the Contract, deliver to the Agency Contact Person payment and performance security in a form prescribed herein. If a Contractor fails to deliver the required payment and performance security, the award shall be rescinded, bid security enforced, and award of the Contract may be made to the next lowest responsive and responsible bidder, or the Contract may be re-bid. Each bid must be accompanied by bid security in an amount and type specified in Schedule A. The bid security shall assure the City of New York of the adherence of the bidder to its proposal, the execution of the Contract, and the furnishing of Performance and Payment Bonds by the bidder, if such Payment and Performance bonds are required in Schedule A. The successful bidder will be required to comply strictly with all Federal, State, and local labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to providing on-the job training opportunities and payment of prevailing wages. The Agency, upon written approval by the Agency Chief Contracting Officer, may reject all bids and may elect to re-solicit by bid or by other method authorized by the PPB Rules.
