Perform the required safety inspection and installation of all safety equipment in accordance with all OSHA Guidelines. Inspect the deck and surrounding walls to ensure the structure is ready for a new roof installation. Prepare the existing roof for new roof installation. Remove and dispose of the existing curb, wall, and penetration flashings off of the existing substrate. Remove and dispose of the existing edge metal, snap-in counter flash metal ONLY. Furnish and Install EverGuard Polymat 3oz/yd2 followed by GAF 60 mil Thermoplastic PolyOlefin (TPO) membrane, and secure to the Rhino Bond Plates with the induction welding tool and cooling rods in accordance with the material manufacturer's specifications and the Florida Building Code. Furnish and install all new base flashings with GAF 60 MIL TPO up to 12" high. The TPO membrane will be fully adhered into place using TPO bonding adhesive. Furnish and install new curb flashings with GAF 60 MIL TPO up to 12" high. The TPO membrane will be fully adhered into place using TPO bonding adhesive. Flash all roof penetrations up to 18" high using manufacturers TPO accessories. Flash roof drains per accepted manufacturer details. Furnish and install GAF TPO walk-pads on the roof surface to allow access to rooftop units and on three sides of the roof hatch, approximately 400 linear feet. Furnish and install (3) new Bilco safety rail around existing Bilco roof hatches. Provide a moisture scan from a third-party certified company. The city will receive a copy of the report. Furnish and install a new Gravel Stop at the edge of the roof system. The drip edge will be fabricated out of 040 aluminum metal. Approximately 1,053 linear feet Furnish and install a new Coping Cap at the top of the parapet walls. The new coping will be fabricated out of 040 aluminum metal and approximately 47 linear feet long. Furnish and install the new 2-piece snap-in metal on the existing receiving metal, approximately 872 linear feet. Furnish and install new Surface Mount Counter-Flashings above the base flashings to terminate the membrane. The new counter-flashings will be fabricated out of 040 aluminum metal.
