Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Main Street Bike and Pedestrian Improvements according to the plans and specifications as prepared by the City of Manteca and according to the Contract Documents. The work includes the installation of bike lanes, raised medians with pedestrian median fencing, enhanced pedestrian crossings, pedestrian hybrid signal installation, traffic signal detector loops modification, and slurry seal along Main Street from Northgate Drive to Alameda Street. Project shall have Substantial Completion within 110 working days and Final Completion within 130 working days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Time for commencement and completion of the work is important, and is the essence of the Contract.
