Renovation of an educational facility in Lachine, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Dalbé-Viau vocational training center building. The scope of work includes replacement of sprinklers and water inlet of the fire system, repair/replacement of anti-backflow devices, repair of ceilings in connection with sprinklers, mechanical and electrical work. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. According to the owner's scheduling a tender for the general contractor will be issued in late spring/summer 2026. Note. The project is included in the owner's 2025-2028 construction program. According to the owner's preliminary scheduling construction start is not anticipated before mid-/late 2026.
