Renovation of an educational facility in Lachine, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Dalbé-Viau vocational training center building. The scope of work includes replacement of sprinklers and water inlet of the fire system, repair/replacement of anti-backflow devices, repair of ceilings in connection with sprinklers, mechanical and electrical work. TIMELINE: Due to funding constraints the owner has divided the project into construction packages, issued and awarded separate tenders for different package work that are now followed in the reports under CRM ID names Renovation of the Library Floor - École Secondaire Dalbé-Viau and Renovation of the Library Floor - École Secondaire Dalbé-Viau. No tender for the general contractor will follow this report. Construction is underway.
