Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Tampa, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; transportation facility; and transportation facility.
The Project includes the rehabilitation of approximately one-half mile of N. Westshore Blvd north of W Cayuga St, and about a quarter mile of W Cayuga St. between N. Westshore Blvd and Air Cargo Rd. On W. Cayuga St. The asphalt will be removed full-depth and overlaid with new asphalt. On N. Westshore Blvd., the asphalt will be either milled partial or full depth, depending on location and overlaid with new asphalt. The edge of pavement radius at the N. Westshore - W. Cayuga intersection will be widened, and a culvert extended. The Project also includes pavement demolition, earthwork, grading, sodding, and pavement markings. The Project will be constructed in multiple phases and will require separate maintenance of traffic schemes for each phase. Request for Clarification Deadline:October 16, 2024, 2:00pm All questions must be submitted in writing to JHanney@TampaAirport.com or through the Authority's e-Procurement Portal hosted by OpenGov at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/tampaairport before the deadline and will be responded to via an addendum to the solicitation. No verbal responses to questions will be given W/MBE - This Project has no federal funding and has a W/MBE Goal of 10%.
