In accordance with M.G.L. c. 149, 44A 1/2 , it is the intention of the Town of Franklin to retain the services of an Owners Project Manager (OPM) for the Fisher Street Water Treatment Plant Upgrades project. Estimated construction project cost is $25,000,000 The project includes: replacement of the existing ozone/Koch membrane system with a pressurized media filtration system. In addition, the Project includes a treatment addition for per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), equipped with solar panels on the roof.
