Demolition of the Existing Visitors Bleachers and the Construction of New Visitor's Bleachers at the Franklin High School Athletic Stadium The work to be performed under this contract will include, but is not limited to, providing all materials, equipment, labor, and supervision to demolish and dispose of the current visitor's bleachers, pressbox and to construct new visitor's bleachers at the Franklin High School Athletic Stadium as indicated on the contract documents. The work includes, minor clearing and grubbing, demolition of metal bleachers and pressbox, removal of concrete footings, excavation, new concrete footings and prefabricated structural frame aluminum bleachers. Proposed construction will start no sooner than December 2, 2024 with substantial completion no later than March 1, 2025.
