Resulting Contract Term: Until all bond work is completed Contacts with Huron Valley Schools Personnel: All contact with Huron Valley Schools regarding this RFP or any matter relating thereto must be sent to the following email: Wolford@macservcorp.com Notice of Intent to Award: October 2024 Board of Education Award Date: November 2024 The selected architecture and engineering firm will be responsible for providing the following services: Project Planning and Design o Needs Assessment: Conduct a thorough needs assessment to understand the district's requirements and objectives for each project. o Conceptual Design: Develop conceptual designs and layouts that align with the district's vision, including preliminary drawings and specifications. o Design Development: Refine designs into detailed plans, including architectural drawings, structural engineering plans, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, and other necessary documentation. o Code Compliance: Ensure designs comply with all relevant local, state, and federal building codes and regulations. Project Coordination o Stakeholder Engagement: Facilitate meetings with school district representatives, stakeholders, and other relevant parties to gather input and feedback on design proposals. o Integration: Coordinate with other consultants, such as landscape architects, interior designers, and civil engineers, to ensure cohesive project development. o Permitting: Prepare and submit necessary The cut-off date for submission of clarifications, interpretations, ambiguities, inconsistencies, and or errors discovered is September 18, 2024. All questions, without identifying the submitting company, will be compiled with the appropriate answers and issued as an addendum to the RFP.
