Summary:The City of Hopewell, a local government in the Commonwealth of Virginia, seeks to enter into a contract with a qualified company to complete repairs and roof replacement to the Hopewell City Marina L Dock, located at 1051 Riverside Ave, in accordance with all terms, conditions and specifications as set out in this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Estimated period of contract shall be from November 1st 2024 through April 30, 2025. Project must be completed within 120 days of award by City. The deadline for questions is September 20th 2024. Responses to questions will be issued via an addendum after September 25th 2024. Question Deadline 09/20/2024 All questions pertaining to this bid must be received in writing by the deadline. Questions should be emailed to Felicia Ashburn, Procurement Officer, at fashburn@hopewellva.gov. The right is reserved to reject any or all Bids submitted and also to place the order where it appears it will be to the best interest of the city. All quoted prices shall be FOB locations.
