Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Bradner, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
This project will include preparing the site, installing the splash pad with, but not limited to the attached bid specifications. For any other bid submittal, qualifications, or questions please contact Terry James, Mayor of Bradner, orJohn Linkey Bradner Village Administrator. -Installation of the concrete deck, Five (5) inch pour with rebar or fiber additive, medium broom finish and joints. Installation of splash pad and toys o Rough grading of site and removing of spoils and site restoration when finished o "Toys" to include but not limited to hoop, umbrella, ball/turtle, single dump bucket (small, med, or large) or any other "spray from the pad" up. Any combinations of these, not necessarily all. o Will be Bollard or pressure activated so the water does not run continually o Village will bring up to a 2" water line and up to a 6" sewer line within 10' of the site. Company will be responsible for all plumbing connections o Village will run electric up to 10' of the site. Company will be responsible for all electric connections from there. o Winterization covers that pertains to the toys and splash pad o Installation of pad to be completed by May 1 st 2025
