Instead, the descriptions are intended to identify the primary areas of work. Therefore, your proposal is not limited to these descriptions, but it is assumed to cover the complete scope of work as shown and specified as applicable. Having carefully examined the bidding documents as prepared by Kleinfelder, Inc. and having visited the site and examined all conditions affecting the work, the undersigned agrees to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, warranties, etc. required to complete the work associated with the specific proposal as acknowledged below for the following sum so noted for the Residential Demolition in Wood County using Building Demolition & Site Revitalization Grant Funds (DEV-2024-208006). Such proposals as herein concerned shall be for the following described: Wood County Building Demolition and Site Revitalization Program - Asbestos Abatement and Demolition. All bids shall be sealed and plainly marked: "BUILDING DEMO" A bid bond or cashier's check in the amount often percent (10%) of the total bid amount shall accompany each proposal submitted. Upon entering into a contract with the Owner, the contractor must then file a bond for the amount of the contract, and the check will be returned to the successful and unsuccessful bidders when the contract is executed. The successful bidder will be required to sign an affidavit of contractor or supplier of non delinquency of personal property taxes in accordance with Section 5719.042, Revised Code of Ohio and an Affidavit Regarding Child Support, pursuant to the Board of County Commissioners Resolution No. 92-2041. The successful bidder will be required to pay not less than the minimum wage rates established by the Department of Commerce, Bureau of Wage and Hour Administration of the State of Ohio in accordance with all provisions of the Prevailing Wage Act of the State of Ohio, ORC Sections 4115.03 and 4115.16 and related requirements.
