As of July 24, 2025, this project is in planning and design which is actively underway and will continue through 2025 and 2026. Construction is expected to begin in late 2026 or early 2027. The facility is anticipated to be completed by 2028. The owner has selected a Construction Manager. The center will include: A state-of-the-art public library Indoor and outdoor aquatics facilities Multi-use spaces for recreation, fitness, innovation, and intergenerational programs.
