Community Outreach Center Project The intent of this Request for Bid is for the purchase and construction for the Community Outreach Center Project at 3010 Mustang Drive, Grapevine, Texas 76051. Question Deadline 09/27/2024 at 10:00 AM CT, All questions regarding the terms, conditions or specifications of this bid must be submitted through online. The bid price offered for this project should include all costs for this project to be completed. Contractor to verify all dimensions on site. Contractor to coordinate all new columns, ceiling beams, metal roof and decking with existing structure. Contractor to coordinate all gutters and downspouts. This site is an occupied site. Coordination will need to be considered during construction. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsible/responsive bidder meeting or exceeding specifications in accordance with the provisions of the current Texas Local Government Code Title 8. The intent is to award to one vendor. RFB submittal results will be presented to the City Council at which time the City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses and to waive any informalities in the RFB responses.
