Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Grapevine, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This project includes the reconstruction and widening of N. Fairway Drive, between SH 26 and Marina Drive, from two lanes to three lanes with a 10' hike and bike trail on one side. Also included is a single lane roundabout at the intersection of Fairway Drive and Marina Drive. Estimate: 3,000,000. The deadline to ask questions is 10/17/2024 5:00 PM CST To be accepted, a bid must be accompanied by a bid security instrument payable to the City of Grapevine, Texas, in an amount not less than five (5%) percent of the total base bid, in the form of either (a) a cashier's check or certified check on a Texas bank or thrift with FDIC insurance or (b) an acceptable bidder's bond with a surety authorized to operate in the State of Texas. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. In case of ambiguity or lack of clearness in stating bid/proposal prices, the City of Grapevine reserves the right to adopt the most advantageous construction thereof, to reject any or all bids, and to waive formalities. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days after the date on which bids are opened.
