DESCRIPTION: Atoka County Health Department will take bids on the following: Seeking a contractor for a turn-key installation of a new generator and related equipment -60 Kw, 120/208v 3-Phase standby generator and a 225-amp Automatic Transfer Switch - Sound level of around 68 to 71dBA under full load - Dual fuel system Natural Gas/ Liquid Propane Vapor with an auto switchover. Generator will run primarily on NG with a backup LPV. When submitting bid information, please include itemized prices of the unit, installation, and other construction related costs . for all work must be complete by May 1, 2025. Atoka County reserves the right to reject any and all bids Installation/Property Specifications: Generator will sit at the back of the building on the southeast corner. The new ATS will be located next to the AEP meter on the building at its present location. The feed lines from the generator will need to be ran in a new metal conduit along the wall closest to the eave to get around the HVAC units. County Health Department will supply the new gas meter and propane tank. Contractor will supply and install the NG and LPV gas lines. At present, there is NG service at Atoka County Health Department, but the lines may be too small for the BTU load. There is water, fiber, sewer, a sprinkler system, and utility in the ground the entire length of the building that will not allow for digging along the side of the building. Generator must be fitted with an Omni-Metrix monitor that is compatible with the generator. County Health Department will add the monitoring fee to our existing monitoring plan.
