Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide all equipment and personnel necessary for professional snow plowing, snow shoveling and snow removal services at CT State Community College Housatonic campus 900 Lafayette Boulevard, Bridgeport, CT. This shall include but not limited to the removal of snow from all entrances, thruways, drains, parking lots and parking garage. The contract period for services shall be for three (3) years commencing approximately November 1, 2024 through October 31, 2027. The contract may, by mutual agreement, be renewed and extended for two (2) additional twelve (12) month renewal periods consistent with the terms and conditions of the original contract. All questions and requests for clarification must be in writing and submitted no later than September 24, 2024 at 3:00 pm. to Richard Piotrowski CSCU Procurement Manager by email richard.piotrowski@ct.edu.Questions, with answers, will be posted on the Department of Administrative Services website, CT Source Bid Board or before September 27, 2024 at 3:00 pm. CSCU reserves the right to award in whole or in part, to contract with one or more proposers, to reject any and all proposals,
