Electrical Construction: The Electrical Contractor will be responsible for selective electrical demolition as shown on the Drawings in the two (2) existing offices and building exterior. The Electrical Contractor will also be responsible for power, lighting, fire alarm, network/ethernet, and HVAC (power and control wiring) for the new addition and for modified areas in the existing building, as shown on the Drawings.
