Site work for a civil project in Lynnfield, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The work of this contract includes, but it not necessarily limited to, all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of a 6-in CLDI raw water main and replacing the pump within Station 2 (Base Bid); installation of four 4-in PVC electrical conduit (Add Alternate A); installation of a 8-in CLDI finished water main (Add Alternate B); located from the Station 2 access road off Main Street, through a heavily wooded cross country area, continuing along the Sagamore Springs Golf Course, through another heavily wooded cross country area, and finishing on the Station 4 access road near Glen Drive, Lynnfield, MA. For Station 2 Pipeline and Pumping Improvements LCWD reserves the right to waive any informality, to amend any specification, to accept any portion of a Bid poreject any or all Bids if deemed to be in the Districts best interest. Bids are to be accompanied by a Bid Security or Bid Deposit in the amount of five (5%) percent of the total amount bid. Bidders may not withdraw their Bids for a period of ninety (90) calendar days after the actual date of the Bid Opening. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a 100% Performance Bond and a 100% Payment Bond with a surety company acceptable to the Owner. Question Deadline 09/25/2024 at 4:00 PM ET
