This project provides for the resurfacing of the travel lanes in both directions. The project also provides
slab stabilization, maintenance and protection of traffic, median delineation, and permanent pavement
markings.

percent of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security. The bid security of the three (3)
low bidders will be retained until the execution of the contract. (The normal time for execution of the
