Request for Quote Training Center Roof Repair Topeka Correctional Facility SCOPE: Topeka Correctional Facility (TCF) is seeking Qualified Contractor to repair/replace the roofing system on the Training Center Building located on the Topeka Correctional Facility Grounds. Topeka Correctional Facility seeks a contractor that will furnish the materials and perform the labor necessary for the complete installation of a .60mil TPO roofing system to be installed on the Training Center Building. Work site is a State-owned building, located at 815 SE Rice Road, Topeka, Kansas. SPECIFICATIONS: 1. Prepare 5304sq ft. for the application of an .6omil TPO membrane. 2. Mechanically fasten Beveled EPS Flute Filler panels and 1" paper backed ISO over the metal roof. 3. Mechanically fasten an TPO .60mil white membrane over the ISO. 4. Flash all penetrations with .60 mil TPO. 5. Install Metal edging to all outside edges. 6. Apply IB Rust Inhibiting Metal Primer over the roof surface and flashings. 7. Clean up after each workday. 8. The contractor will provide detailed invoice within 30 days of date of completion and certification by TCF that all work is completed to standards.
