Site work, paving, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Waco, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; for site work for a stadium; for the addition of a educational facility; for the renovation of a theater / auditorium; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Phase 1 of bond construction is the Field House renovation and the Multi-use Pavilion. Construction on both will begin August 2024. Both will impact our home games in terms of parking. Completion time for both is estimated at 10-12 months. The second phase of construction will be the Primary and Elementary editions. Schematic design for these facilities are just now complete. We will bid those projects in November 2024 and begin construction soon after. The goal is for those classrooms to be ready by next fall. The third phase is the Intermediate gym, JH classroom additions, the JH weight room, the Building F parking lot, and the asbestos removal and demo of portions of the old LVHS. We are working through those designs right now. That will bid in January 2025 and begin in March 2025. The fourth phase is construction of the ECHS campus and the HS auditorium renovation. Those projects will bid in March 2025 and construction will begin soon after. The fifth and final phase is the stadium renovation to include the press box, restrooms, concession, welcome plaza, and seating. Those projects will be ready to begin immediately after the last home football game next fall 2025. As of September 19, 2024, this project is currently under construction with completion timeline estimated ten to twelve months. However, the firm timeframe has not been released.
