2024 Lower Makefield Tree Planting Project. A bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid price shall be submitted with the bid. A performance bond of one hundred percent (100%) shall be submitted within ten (10) days from the date a bid has been accepted. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the prevailing wage rates are incorporated in the bid documents. It shall be the intent of these specifications to provide the furnishing and installation of all labor, supervision, and necessary materials and equipment for the complete installation of trees included on the approved plans and specifications for the 2024 Tree Planting Project in Lower Makefield Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Work not specifically itemized but clearly required to complete the intended project, shall be considered incidental to the project.
