The Department of Natural and Cultural Resources (hereinafter "Department"), on behalf of the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores (hereinafter "Aquarium"), requires a qualified Vendor to provide a licensed Operator in Responsible Charge (hereinafter "ORC"), and one (1) or more licensed operators as Back-Up ORCs to perform wastewater maintenance on the Wastewater Treatment Plant and Wastewater Treatment Disposal (hereinafter "WTP"), and Reclaimed Water Utilization System for North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores is located at 1 Roosevelt Blvd., Pine Knoll Shores, NC 28512. The Contract shall have a term of three (3) years, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date") or whichever is later. Question Deadline 09/18/2024 at 12:00 PM ET Questions related to the content of the solicitation, or the procurement process should be directed to the person on the title page of this document via the Sourcing Tool's message board by the date and time specified in the IFB SCHEDULE Section of this IFB. Provide Response to Questions State September 19, 2024, by 4:00 PM ET The State reserves the right to extend the Contract after the last active term. The State reserves the right to waive any minor informality or technicality in bids received.
