The Department requires a qualified vendor to provide elevator maintenance for the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores. Bids must be submitted according to all requirements and specifications. Vendors are responsible for reading and complying with all instructions, terms, and conditions, as well as all relevant exhibits, attachments, addenda, and changes issued. The contract will have a term of three years, with the option for extension. Vendors must use the Ariba Network for submitting offers. Questions about any part of the requirements must be submitted according to the BID QUESTIONS section for consideration. No additional or modified terms and conditions submitted with a bid will be evaluated or considered, except through negotiation as specified by state regulations.
