Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Lees Summit, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.
The City of Lee's Summit and their CM, Titan Built, LLC are requesting trade partner proposals for the construction of the Lee's Summit Joint Operations Facility building which will be located in the back vacant lot of the existing Police Department, 10 NE Tudor Rd in Lee's Summit MO. The project will consist of sitework for a 2-story commercial building for Fire and PD operations that has portions of the building being hardened for the 911 call centers. The total size of the building is 43,235 GSF. Titan Built, LLC is requesting a bid from your company for your portion of the work. This project DOES have prevailing wage requirements. The project should be priced as tax exempt.
