Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the construction of a 19,375-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.
Crossland has been hired by the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma as the Construction Manager at Risk for the Student Union Facility located on Choctaw Nation's Jones Academy Campus in Hartshorne, Oklahoma. The new facility will include but is not necessarily limited to a new kitchen with walk in coolers and freezers, cafeteria, student lounge, concession stand, basketball gymnasium with locker rooms, restrooms, office space, site utilities, additional parking, and support spaces as needed. Construction is expected to begin October/November 2024.
