The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond (Labor and Materials) each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price on the forms included in the Contract Documents. Each Contract reflected in the Bid Form shall be a separate Bid. The District's Governing Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and/or waive any irregularity in any Bid received. If the District awards the Contract(s), the security of unsuccessful bidder(s) shall be returned within sixty (60) days from the time the award is made.
