Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Stratford, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The work to be carried out under this contract shall include all labour, equipment and materials required to install Pedestrian Crossovers as per the Ontario Traffic Manual Book 15 - Pedestrian Crossing Treatments. The crossovers shall be equipped with a programmable 'Polara' AODA audible pedestrian warning that shall indicate to pedestrians that the "Lights are flashing, proceed with caution". The Contractor shall maintain a clean, safe work environment at all times. Project limits are shown in the contract drawings. This contract has two (2) locations, including McCarthy Road West at Greenwood Drive and Waterloo Street North at William Street. Pre-crossover construction of concrete sidewalks, curbs, ramps and tactile plates shall be completed before the successful proponent commences work.
